I have been seeing Helen for physiotherapy for over 10 years now. I have always found Helen to be highly professional with a wealth of experience and knowledge. Our sessions have been extremely helpful and helped treat, as well as manage a variety of issues. I would highly recommend anyone seeking physiotherapy to see Helen.

Helen deserves all the 5 stars she's received over the years. My calf muscle had 'frozen' from a sore back. I was limping around and could feel other parts of my body overcompensating and hurting. I had never been to a physio and wanted one close by. I saw all the 5 star reviews she'd received and booked a session.
