I came to Patti when I needed to help my mother to notarize some documents remotely, during the pandemic. My mother isn't very comfortable with technology so doing an entirely remote notary process with her in one place, Patti in another, and me in yet another, was very challenging. Patti was incredibly patient in working through the technical issues and even set up time to do a practice run with my mother so that she was comfortable. It was also really nice to work with another Hawaii girl!
