It’s great the bus service is free but I’m 2/10 over 4 years trying to use the 402 route. Maybe the system works for junkies to cruise but it’s so dysfunctional anyone expecting to be able to get to work regularly or anything scheduled is pretty doomed . I really hope a competent company wins the bid over Robert’s. Even the most dilapidated cities in the “third world” can count on the bus. Here?
