Heirloom came recommended to me through a friend. Tom repaired an extremally damaged rosewood table my wife and I brought over from Europe. I had very little hope it could be brought back to life. Tom contacted me several times with updates and options throughout the process... I was pleasantly "shocked" to see it looking like knew again. Reasonable cost taking into consideration the amount of work needing to be done... A pleasant experience.
Make sure you get a written estimate for work being done. I was quoted $1000.00 each for two items we took there and was told they require half down, but since we were having both items done the owner said $500.00 would be fine. When items were done one was $3600 and the one was $2600.00 with no phone calls stating the cost would be more 3x and 2x as much.
