Never realized how terrible they were at filing taxes. Every year I got letters from keystone collections saying my taxes were never filed or filled incorrectly. I would call Heintz about these issues and never once helped me resolve the issue. I would have to do all the heavy lifting myself to resolve the problems. If I’m paying for my taxes to be filled by an accountant they should back there services went you get audited by the IRS.
