Shame on you Heinen’s Avon. Today I watched a frail man in his 80’s who had a cane and could barely walk with Parkinson’s-like symptoms have to go wait in line in the hot sun to get in. There were about a dozen people ahead of him. I went to the front door and asked if he could be let in right away. The person at the door actually had to go get permission to let him in. Really?? RecommendedYes! I love Heinen's and shop here frequently. I've always received great customer service.... until today! As a consumer advocate I have to address my issue. "Michelle" has no business being a cashier that deals with customers one on one! She insisted on keeping up a conversation with "Matt".... EVEN while I was trying to ask her questions. She was clearly upset when I asked the question for a THIRD time! Neither she or Matt greeted me, even AFTER I spoke to each of them!!#RUDE! #UNSATISFIEDCUSTOMER
I love the quality food and great service. I wish the store required customers to wear face coverings. That’s the reason for the okay rating from me.
You have some of the rudest employees at your location. No one says excuse me or wants to help. One of your female workers was bagging and putting her fingers in a nasty jar of sort quick and I went to bag and she said I don’t want you in my face, I said well I prefer to bag my own things because that looks really disgusting. She said fine whatever and stomped off. Unacceptable!
