Always have a great experience shopping at this store! It’s consistently clean, well-organized, and everything is easy to find. The staff are super friendly. Special shoutout to cashiers Allison and Amiyah for patiently answering my questions today and kind reminders about the monthly membership deals. It’s always a pleasant visit, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!
My experience at my located heinens today was distasteful to say the least. I was followed by security and staff my entire visit and felt so uncomfortable I paid for what I had and left not even 15 minutes into my shopping trip. I asked a staff member, looked like a manager, as we followed behind me if there was an issue and he proceeded to say “no I’m just looking at the floor over here” RIGHT next to where I was. The interior of this building was beautiful - I believe it was formerly a bank, but has been completely transformed.
