Jason was great in advising me on how to fix my boat this summer. He had two weeks of backlogged work and was committed to honoring his customer list. However he helped by providing advice and parts to allow myself to accomplish the repair on my Sea Ray Sundeck. He did not even charge for parts until the the mechanical problem was solved (Battery Cable Fuse). Great customer service for sure!
