I love having my son here. All the staff is great and I love that they have an app with a daily feed. They do so many activities with the kids and they get alot of outside time which my son loves. He loves going to sleep so he can wake up and go to school lol they truly do care. 10/10 recommend.
My daughter started attending KinderCare at about 4 months old. The first week I cried everyday dropping her off because of how worried I was. But seeing my daughter smile when I drop her off now makes it comforting. She loves her teachers, as do I! I had an amazing experience with the KinderCare on Judson Rd. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience at this location. Unlike the KinderCare my son previously attended, the staff here were not a great fit for caring for young children and did not seem to know how to work with children with ADHD. On the very first day, they directly addressed me about my son’s “negative” behaviors, which were simply him having a lot of energy and being easily distracted. I have been so happy with our experience at Kindercare Heimer! Ms Lisa and Caesar are ever present and always greet me and my son with a smile. The infant room teachers are so lovely - we love Ms Cynthia, Ms Avery, and Ms Teri; Ms Victoria, Ms Yvette, and Ms Keyonna are also lovely! They are all so sweet and it’s clear they love their work.
