Took in some estate paperwork. With everything we knew. We were very clear with our initial appointment. We had names, birth dates, and last know locations. He had the papers for almost a year and a half. Z.E.R.O communication, and when I say zero, I mean zero. We would call and be told, "we'll have him call you." This went on for a year.
