I hired Steven Kropf to send a letter to my landlord last week, time was of the essence. He took my money and completely ignored me. I called his office today to speak with him and I was put on hold for 10 minutes and hung up. Ken Pape is an amazing attorney! He was devoted, caring, and went above & beyond!
I hired Steve Kropf to prepare a deed on my behalf, which I paid for in full at time of execution. Mr. Kropf is intentionally and improperly withholding the deed from me bc I didn’t retain his services for post divorce proceedings. His actions show that I made the right decision not to hire him. I have contacted the office to retrieve the deed, and Mr. Kropf advised via email that if I come to the office the police would be called, as I would be considered a trespasser.
