I own two fold over towers from Heights for my ham radio hobby. The towers are excellent and everyone who visits comments on how nice they look and how amazed they are with both the fold-over system and the self-supporting capability. When I had issues, caused by myself, they responded immediately and went far out of their way to resolve the issue even though I was at fault. I have had a Heights crank up tower at my location in Minnesota for 8 years now. I have the 86 foot model with a 4 foot tilt over fixture. It has served me well with only normal service issues. Communications with Heights has not been a problem for me. There was always someone in the office that answered my calls or emails in a very timely manner. I would certainly recommend Heights to anyone looking for a good quality tower.
Owner is very unprofessional and has terrible communication skills. Would not recommend
