After sending a formal Notice of Intent to Sue, I received an inadequate response from Heights House and The Housing Corporation regarding mold, privacy violations, and discriminatory conduct in my father’s HUD-subsidized apartment. Friend of 14 yrs. resides there and has the apartment broken INTO 3 times and several ATTEMPTS to break the locks. Management is negligible and could care less. Good retired people live there and deserve respect and safety. It's a good place to get mugged on upper floors where no one hears or cares if u scream!!! Heights House management allows tenant to smoke in their apts even though their are smoking areas but, if you complain ppl are smoking in their apartment, they'll ignore you ie as long as the rent is paid, smoke where you please. Management is lousy here. And there's more issues that needs to be addressed. Lousy administration

The apartments are old and full of roaches, the management only fumigates useless stuff that doesn’t seem to help and ignores residents complaints. Would not recommend to any of your loved ones.
