No one in front desk administration or management is competent in sending proper paperwork to doctors as told to by the prescribing doctor that gives them scripts. Therapy is great , but not if you need paperwork to be accurate, if given at all, to have consistent treatment. Their inability to file paperwork prevented me from receiving care.
I broke my wrist recently and came to Heights Hand Therapy for treatment. I can't speak highly enough about this place. Eric is a superb therapist, smart, professional and friendly. He was thorough every step of the way. A great teacher too. The front desk workers are always warm and welcoming, both of them are great. i recently finished three months of OT with heights hand therapy due to a fracture in my elbow. i consistently saw one of their therapists, Natasha. Natasha is a broken bone fixing wizard. i am pretty much back to 100% capacity in my injured arm. i am so grateful to have found heights hand therapy, and especially Natasha, who made my healing process exciting and beautiful. go here if you need OT, and if you find yourself working with Natasha, you are lucky!!
Highly recommended! I lucked out when I found Heights Hand Therapy. Very professional and knowledgeable staff helped me recover from a wrist injury. When I encountered a small problem with my insurance the staff helped resolve it and the therapy was fully covered. I was assigned to a therapist named Eric who was well trained and knowledgeable in what treatments I needed to regain strength and mobility. He's one of the best if you can request him.
