Horrible customer service skills
So far so good, never mind the 2 star rating, it's preparatory, customer service over the phone requires eloquence paired with basic common sense and people skills. The guy I spoke to over the phone, Jackson, Jason, something like that, I could tell he got confused and lost at times during our interaction but it's obvious he's there to make his money and clock out, and nothing's wrong with that. This is my first encounter and dealings with the company, more reviews will come.
