Kammy and Anna were very helpful with the whole loan process. They made it quick and easy. I would recommend to anyone.
We sat in our car waiting three and a half hours, as they were waiting on a decision for a loan we didn't ask for or want. We asked for a paper check and Anna not only lied to us once, but twice. She said our ACH deposit should be there by noon, and it wasn't. When I called to find out why she lied, she said that's not what she said. Crazy my son and I both heard the same thing. I have asked for the regional manager to call me, and it's been almost three hours without a word.
