Worst customer service.it is all smile the day you get a loan but Wait til you have an unresolved issue with your account then you will see how nasty they are.they don’t care.Oh I forgot to say that Hanging up on customers is their favorite thing to do.

Manager at this branch is very uneducated and ignorant. That’s all I got to say. Just rude.I promise one day you will hang up the phone on someone and they will curse you out. I let it go because my education level is different compare to yours. I have good manners thank you to my parents who raised me. Worst customer service ever.
