I had an amazing experience, they are extremely helpful!
Fraud Branch. I had received a personal loan, got home realizing all the secured items they had listed for the loan are items I don’t even own. Therefore the entire loan is inaccurate. I’ve had called the branch explaining and they said they do it to everyone. I’ve had the HR department reach out to me and still yet to come up with a solution.

Janell and Osiris were very friendly and also knowledgeable regarding the entire loan process. I was able to get approved for what I needed. Heights Financial was helpful and efficient.
The customer service that Osiris Ramos presented was great and I really appreciate her. I really appreciate the friendly in her and how helpful she was for me today. Such a great blessing as I really needed the help last minute. Definitely recommend for anyone in need to check them out.
