Nolan was great and super helpful. The other 2 ladies in the office were on speaker phone with customers while I was in the office so I’m hearing all of these customers personal issues and I find that to be vary unprofessional. I wouldn’t want someone knowing my business if I was on the phone with the branch! Also speaking about the customers after they hang up.
