First time applying online ! It was confusing. I think it could be made simpler to get started !After 2 days I completed my loan but only with a lot of help from a Miss Kelly, It was only a small loan but she went beyond to help me . Simplify please but keep it very secure . Not all Height representatives are as helpful as mine was and a lot of applicants would have quit the loan process at the very beginning ! Height’s is still a honest place for a loan .
Lori was absolutely great to work with I needed to renew my loan and she took care of it in no time flat for me. I did everything from my home and never even had to go in. She was great with communication and keeping me informed every step of the way. She was completely professional and I couldn't have asked for a better representative to work with through this process.
Kelly is very professional and curtious.
