I have never done business with this company, but they have been continuously calling for the wrong person for almost a month. I have explained to them on three separate occasions that they have the wrong number, yet today alone, they left three voicemails.
I was treated with respect and they certainly helped. Great rate and terms.
I recently had a frustrating experience while trying to apply for a loan. It felt really sketchy when I was instructed to remove the fraud alerts on all my credit bureaus. They didn’t provide any explanation for why this step was necessary in order to get the loan. It left me feeling uneasy about the whole process!
