Update; It's amazing how a person making payments every month yet fees are so high the balance goes up not down. On top of that people from offices other than Joplin call me but not just me but my wife's phone also. Then to make it worse they call more than once a day on both phones which falls under harassment. I've addressed this seveytimes and Shelby rudely said they have to do it. Spoke to a very nice, professional named Samaria on the phone, then again when we arrived at the office. We were greeted by both loan officers. Wait time was shirt. We felt comfortable and the loan process was easy and sufficient to our needs. AND some laughs were exchanged which made our experience even better!
