This company is a SCAM. Avoid. They give EXTREMELY high interest rates... then, when you make payments, very little- sometimes none of that goes to the principal... and when we asked to make a double payment (one going to principal only) to attempt to lower overall interest and pay off early, they told us we couldn't. Their records are so chaotic and don't make sense, so you can't even get an explanation of where and how the total is what it is. I visited this office in error, but it certainly was not a mistake. I worked with Bryanna, and she was so understanding of my needs, completed the paperwork so efficiently, was an easy process to obtain the loan i needed on short notice. Bryanna was professional, answered all my questions and concerns. My experience was one of the best experiences in getting a quick loan into my account. I called and applied over the phone within 3 hours I was approved and the next morning I went to there office and did the paperwork, both Latoya and Jennifer were very friendly and answered all questions I recommend going to heights finance if you need a loan

The two ladies at the Eau Claire branch were very welcoming and extremely friendly 💓 I have been going to Heights on and off for years and I have to say this was a very fast and easy place for help!
