The consumer loan Specialist Jelena Crawford was very knowledgeable during the entire loan application process, her bubbly personality is beyond phenomenal, I felt listened to and acknowledged which is something that I look for, will wholeheartedly refer her for my friends and family loan needs.🥰🥰
Not sure who the black woman was working on 5-22-25 but she extremely RUDE! She sent the loan information to wrong email. She wouldn’t even verify the email by telling me what she typed in!
Wasted our time. Told we were approved and then called us to tell us we weren't a day later. The woman were amazing with my kid but not worth going here
