I have used Heights Finance here in Somerset Ky. They are the most nicest people I have even done business with. The Branch Manager Paul Kretzer, is the best and his staff is also great. They are understanding and are willing to help in anyway that they can.
I have been a client at Heights for many years. I am always very satisfied with my treatment. But I have to admit that the Covid protocol changed the way things was handled for the better, it is more streamlined. And Kim was great, very nice and helpful. As always I will recommend Heights Finance to all my friends and family for all their needs.
I have been working with Heights finance for a little over a year now. I usually get furniture loans or personal loans through them and have never had any problems. One of the ladies, Melitta is extremely nice. When I go in there, everyone else also seems friendly. I've always paid them on time so maybe tha'ts why I haven't had any problems cause I bet she could be a fire cracker if I was late. lol. I like the fact they report to the credit bureau because I am trying to repair my credit.
