Had a great experience with Heights Finance and the staff Kayla who helped me out today. Kayla was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The process was quick and easy, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing financial assistance.

Malenda Walker the assistant manager was very helpful and polite. There was not a wait to be seen even as a walk in. And she was able to approve me in just a few moments unlike companies I’ve used in the past who took hours.

Shelby was great, this was my first time getting a loan, and she explained everything very clearly for me. The atmosphere was awesome, Morgan was also very nice to work with, they both made the whole experience less stressful and easy to understand. 10/10 would recommend
