Shelby was great, this was my first time getting a loan, and she explained everything very clearly for me. The atmosphere was awesome, Morgan was also very nice to work with, they both made the whole experience less stressful and easy to understand. 10/10 would recommend

I appreciate them for helping us when we needed it, however they have not been good to work with. They communicate really poorly and don't explain things well at all. They ended up over drafting our bank account and really didn't care at all when I told them. I understand it's to late to do anything after it's already happened and that's the banks fee but it was the "I don't care" attitude she had. Alexis was absolutely amazing working with us! She allowed me to email all of my info before we met so when we got there all we had to do was show our license and sign the documents! She worked hard at helping us get as high of a loan as we could for the best length of time and lowest monthly payment as possible! I would definitely recommend Heights Financial to everyone and it’s well worth the drive if you live out of town like we do! God Bless Heights Financial and all its staff!!
