I found Heidi's Table through a Nift certificate, and as someone who has had a lot of massages, was very satisfied by the expertise of Heidi's massage and the comfortable, peaceful atmosphere she creates. Heidi is very attentive and thorough, working both deeply and gently depending on the the client's expressed needs. I had a wonderful experience at Heidi’s table. Heidi has such a calming spirit and is a very gifted massage therapist. She spent time listening to my concerns and addressed my problem areas, her technique is amazing. I highly recommend her services. Also really important to note, there’s free parking for customers, which is fantastic!
It's clear that Heidi loves what she does. She takes the time to understand you and your needs and give you what you hope to get out of the massage. I had never had the warm rice bags before and I have to say...they were key in helping to ease the muscles and reduce the tension. I like a lot of deep pressure in my massage and she delivered, which is hard to do for an hour but she did it! I am really looking forward to booking another massage with her!
I really in enjoy the Accupunture class with my sister. I was so tight and stress out I felt amazing after leaving your office. I will definitely will be returning soon.
