When our family asked Heidi to examine a LTHC Policy my parents held she exclaimed, “That’s not going to pay for room and board!” Instead she guided us towards a Medicaid scenario. Turns out- the LTHC policy pays over $800 PER day PER parent for LIFE -for guess what- ROOM AND BOARD. We so vulnerable and confused and went to her for clarity and guidance. We got the opposite.
