Would leave 0 stars if possible. We place orders, have confirmation from reps and never receive them. Literally worst distribution company in Ohio, trash.

Your drivers lane ended and he tried to hit me coming over on me in my lane. I beeped my horn because he clearly was not looking even and he beeps back at me like I'm doing something wrong! Should have let him hit me so you could fire him but I'm sure nothing will be done! Tried to call and report him but it just plays music and you can't get threw! Could have been killed but you don't care! Posted a pic of the truck but sure it won't matter!

I’ve been ordering beer from Heidelberg for a while, but recently I missed two weeks of orders due to poor communication. I tried reaching out to the sales rep multiple times, but got no proper response or help to resolve the issue. It’s frustrating when dependable service is expected, especially for a business. I think it’s time to request a change in sales reps to ensure my orders are handled on time and more professionally.
