Conveyancing on a sale and purchase. Got it done eventually but we found the lack of communication frustrating; emails not acknowledged and questions not answered. I used to work for a solicitor, so of course I don't expect detailed replies on every minor point, but not getting replies to direct questions was unacceptable. Disappointing.
Abigail and the team at Hegarty and co were extremely helpful and polite and accommodated all our needs, definitely recommend them.
