They charged me $75.00 for an estimate, told me they would call me the next day to tell me what’s wrong. It took me a week of calling them to finally get ahold and find out what’s wrong. They then took a week vacation before saying I could bring it in to get fixed. A week or two later I get ahold of them, they kept thanking me for trying so hard to reach them as they threw away my estimate and contact info. Had brake calipers and new horn installed. Calipers were installed off kilter and rubbed against the tire rims. Lug nuts tightened so much that they would not come off upon next tire rotation. Wires poorly connected/soldered to horn and came loose within two months. All ended up costing me double just to repair and replace items they messed up.

I've gone to Heeter's several times over the last few years for a variety of repairs. In every case they have been friendly, timely, professional, and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
