Poor business tactics. Ordered shoes, paid $77. Shoes arrived too small. I emailed company twice inquiring about their return policy. No response. Found the policy, my return fit the criteria. Paid $12.50 to return. Got back on the site and ordered a bigger size, cheaper this time at 40% off.
