Attended their opening fall festival day and most of the staff are all dragging their feet and unorganized. Barrel ride train was full of kids and two staff members stood there unsure who is going to drive them around. It is not that hard! Removed our kids and moved on. Do not run an event if you do not have enough staff or untrained staff. Tried to call and notify them and guess what no one picks up the phone. Lots of potential, terribly managed.
