No communication. Emails unanswered. Had to chase sale pack as was waiting quite some time. Went into branch to pick up documents which they said had been sent when they hadn’t. Brought back by hand, then when I chased for an update they asked if we had received the pack they posted, the pack that we picked up and delivered back by hand. There were also spelling errors throughout the pack. Told delays were due to their systems being changed and no ownership taken. AVOID!! Recently used Hedleys for our sale and purchase - NEVER AGAIN. From the beginning they were impossible to get hold of both via telephone and email, always being told ‘someone will get back to you’ and that never happening. Attempts at communication repeatedly ignored from all sides of the transactions including myself, the other side solicitors and Estate Agents. I have just completed on my residential conveyancing/house purchase on Friday morning. I worked with Leo Johnston and his fantastic team of secretaries - Ashley, Allison and Christine.
