This is by the far the sweetest hidden gem! I used to live in the Upper Skagit and would drive downvalley and the tiny town of Edison was always such a treat. Years later, I live in Seattle and was up visiting Edison when a friend from out of town came to visit. I liked the shop , however the person at the counter was very snobby, unfriendly, wouldn’t have bought a thing , it’s important to be welcoming to your customers. I guess she had so much self importance she didn’t want to associate with the little people .
A really beautiful shop with a great selection of clothes, home goods, jewelry, fragrance and more. I bought a mad et len fragrance there and it was a really pleasant buying experience. The person working there was really friendly and we had a good conversation. Every time I come to Bow Edison, I always stop here.
Sarah (Sara?) treated us beautifully. She proved knowledgeable about every stitch of fabric in the place, about the origins of every strange and wondrous object in this couture extraordinaire. What a find in such a small, unique, unexpected town. Clothes-hounds, collectors, and style-freaks: Seek thee out the Hedgerow. Have an experience.
Lovely shop. Beautiful clothes and decor pieces and everything is handmade in USA. The prices are steep, but seems that’s the overall theme in Edison.
