Monique takes a personal and thoughtful approach to body work. She strives to meet the customers long term goals-- mobility, pain relief, etc-- and is extremely considerate and respectful of their limits and boundaries. I've been seeing Monique for several years and likely will see her for years more. She's helped me become significantly more aware of my body and challenged me to think about things I've taken for granted in a new light every time we meet.

Monique has been a healer for my whole family. She’s the first person I turn to when I am unsure about pain, movement restrictions, and surgery recovery. She is openhearted and I’ve never felt judged or self conscious in her presence. I’ve trusted her to care for one parent with cancer, and another parent recovering from heart surgery. She’s shared her many gifts of structural integration and scar work and I feel lucky to benefit from her skills.

Monique is a Godsend! Shes so incredibly knowledgeable and helped me to understand where my soreness was, and how simple acts in my daily life were contributing to that. After 3 sessions with her, I noticed I felt my soreness significantly decreased but I also walked away with more knowledge on how to prevent it from coming back. Her knowledge and care for her clients will truly make you feel comfortable, and her furry assistant Layla is certainly an added plus! 10/10 would recommend!
