They are extremely communicative. I received at least three phone calls leading up to our move date. The team of three movers (and one truck) showed up exactly on time, we did a brief walk through of the 3 BR, 3 story townhome and then they wasted no time getting started. They did not stop moving for 4 hours. This includes packing up the townhouse, driving 25 minutes to the new place and completely unpacking into the new house.
