like many here, my order was never delivered....had to get my credit card company to issue a refund....avoid hebron nutrition at all costs...if a zero rating was possible I would have selected it...horrible customer service as well as non delivery practice
I ordered three items for Hebron Stores two weeks over ago and so far I received nothing from them not even a tracking number. I called the number listed for Hebron Stores seven times and the persons I've talked with had no answers for any questions i had all thei could do is pass message to someone answers.I never got a call back. Maybe i should have spent $ 5000 with a beter company. Can i take that one back? So far Hebron Stores doesn't deserve it.
Took my money and refused to respond. It's been two weeks, they have an answering service... just takes messages. Next call will be to the police.
I purchased a Navilink for my hot water heater. It was not compatible, and I have been trying for 5 days to get someone to return my calls and emails to get a refund. No one has bothered to respond. Ver poor customer service!
They take your money and say they have no immediate stock. Also horrible customer service.
