Do not purchase anything from this company!!! They are not responsible, not friendly, not professional, simply not care!!! I ordered one of the supplement from them, and it didn’t work well, it gave me a terrible stomach ache. I call and requested to return the product and would like to be refunded. They woman on the phone told me, they didn’t asked me to purchase the product, I’m the one who wants to buy this product, so they won’t allow me to return the product and get the refund!! This company is horrible!!
I ordered a set of valves. They don’t supply a tracking number for the shipment and when you call the customer service number it goes to a service instead of an actual employee of the store. I’m locally based as is Hebron. The lack of communication is not good regarding the status of the delivery.
Placed an order for a rearview camera monitor and had issues with shipping. Support staff was diligent in finding and ensuring the item was delivered.
