I had Maytag come out and service my washing machine even though they told me they wouldn't honor the warranty. It worked for maybe 1 week. I contacted them again and they are refusing again to honor the warranty. They are very rude both on the phone and in person. I contacted the BBB who contacted them and they basically said to contact the place the machine was purchased from. I did that to start with and was told it IS under warranty. Just had the worst conversation with Dawn on the phone. Called to talk about getting a new microwave . She clearly did not want to sell it to me and balked at the idea that I would pay for installation. I would recommend that if you ever need appliances or service you go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. I hired Richard Hebert Maytag to replace a timer on my dryer. 75 dollars plus 65 dollars for the part plus 20 for labor. Less than 6 weeks later the timer they bought and installed quit working. I called and the lady advised me 'we have been having a lot of trouble with timers' and that she would send someone out to replace it.
