This location has seriously gone downhill. What used to be an organized and efficient operation has now become a frustrating mess. I had a 5:30 AM appointment, and hours later, I’m still sitting here with half a trailer load waiting to be unloaded. No updates, no urgency — just endless waiting. It’s clear that appointment times no longer matter here, and drivers’ time is completely disrespected. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this, but it will definitely be the last. One of the best places. Everyone was polite and professional. The delivery process was clear and convenient. There was a parking lot for trucks. Thank you to HEB.
0star 6 hours unloading don’t pickup other load before unloading here vary very very slow
This place is great to deliver to. Brand new facility. Security check in is friendly and helpful. Recieving staff is friendly and quick. Wait time is minimal now that most construction is done. This place makes Houston HEB DC look silly.
