Incredibly smooth from check-in to departure. Ample room in the overnight parking area and at the docks to back. Friendly staff.
In all my years not ever have I experienced the professionalism, kindness & sincerity I experienced 5/6/25. I had hurt my knee trying to get my dog ( her hips are going) back into truck, she doesn’t realize she can’t JUMP anymore so she pushed I got her inside cab & straight biffed it!! If I could I would give this place no stars at all but I gave it one star because they did check me in early checked in at 5 AM for 7 AM appointment which didn’t do no good because I didn’t get a door till like around 7:30 here it is past 9 o’clock and I’m still not unloaded They finally sent me a text message telling me to go to the north gate they gave me a door only to tell me to go to the door or leave your door shut take your seal off and we’ll text you when we’re ready to unload you is four hours past And I’m still not... read more
