Good place to do business with, well organized
Had an appointment at 0400 arrived at 0130. Got in a door at 0230. Not sure if it’s just because it’s in the middle of the night but this place puts the San Antonio DC to shame. Not crowded at all but backing can be a little tight. Not too bad at all. All the people in the offices are really nice. Good experience here. Would come back

This location has seriously gone downhill. What used to be an organized and efficient operation has now become a frustrating mess. I had a 5:30 AM appointment, and hours later, I’m still sitting here with half a trailer load waiting to be unloaded. No updates, no urgency — just endless waiting. It’s clear that appointment times no longer matter here, and drivers’ time is completely disrespected. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this, but it will definitely be the last.
