My husband works for HEB and it's the only reason why he banks there. I am a retired, disabled Naval vet that banks at a credit union that shares the same name as my enlistment. My husband recently opened an account with HEBCU, where i am the beneficiary. He was assisted by Nora and Tanya, who are very professional, friendly and courteous. I was so pleased with our service! Julian Flores went above and beyond to help me complete paperwork needed to sell my parents’ house during a very stressful time. He was very professional and patient with completing last minute things needed for the closing. I cannot express enough thanks for this!
The service here has been extremely disappointing. It took over two weeks to set up my account, and once it was finally ready, I couldn't reach customer service to create a checking account. I even tried contacting Carmen Zamora for assistance but left a message and never received a callback. I really wanted to give them a chance, especially since I am currently an employee at HEB. Unfortunately, I have decided to close my account. I hope you can improve your service for future customers, and I wish you the best.
