Gracie with H‑E‑B Federal Credit Union was so helpful today with helping me solve my problem. Gracie had so much patience with me and explained step by step how to fix my problem. I wish everyone would be like her very kind and supportive Gracie would listen quietly and wait until I would finish talking then she would explain to me what to do. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING EMPLOYEES LIKE HER!!!
I've used the H-E-B Credit Union for the past 25 years and the customer service has been outstanding. Deena has helped us with our home, our cars, home improvement loans and more. The rates have been great, awesome experiences!
HBFCU provides extremely competitive loan rates and services to H‑E‑B partners combined with best in class customer service. I tried 3-4 popular mortgage options and they could not come close to what HEBFCU provides. Banking rates are good and they just started offering a higher yield savings option which is nice. Not having a physical location in my area is the only downside to this phenomenal bank.
HEB Federal Credit Union has poor customer service. The representative are not proactive towards resolving your issues or concerns. Any time you ask a valid question someone has to get back with you. Really! The sad part about it is that wait times just to discuss an issue. Yesterday I waited over 20 minutes to speak to a supervisor. To only be told the same thing over and over again. Even if you are an HEB employee there are no real benefits to banking with HEB federal credit union.They use your money to make a profit. When... read more
