Purchased 3 bedrooms unit. 2 units were fine. 1 unit was completely infested with bugs. I was told several times it didnt come from their facility. I moved into a brand new home, newly built. First owners. I dont understand how else i would have got bugs on the bed 2 days after delivery. It wasnt the mattress, the bugs were INSIDE the screw holes, wood pieces, panels of the bookcase bed. Have purchased 4 stools and a sectional couch in the past 4 years from Heavner. They have a great selection of furniture. I just purchased a rocker recliner from my Salesman Willie. No pressure and very helpful. Recliner was at least $500 cheaper than other places I was looking.
As soon as I walked in I was met by friendly people. My salesman, Ken, was a real nice guy. Very low pressure. Showed us the recliners of which they had a huge selection. I was so impressed with the prices, I bought two. One fit my wife perfectly. The guys loading me up were very nice and efficient. All around great place. If your in the market for furniture, you have to give them a try.
