One of my favorite places in canton. I usually grab a refreshing drink before I go out for a hike and so many other awesome wellness products and knowledge from Kendra the owner. Awesome small business. Highly recommend
Kendra is fantastic and so knowledgeable. I met her about a year ago when I wanted to learn to eat right and learn to exercise. She also introduced me to something else that has improved my life so much; hydrogen therapy. I started out one hour a day twice a week and now am choosing to do a half hour once a week for maintenance. I truly believe learning to eat healthy and a proper exercise routine (for my age and gender) along with the hydrogen therapy is what has put me onto a better path as I venture into my older years.
