One of my favorite places in canton. I usually grab a refreshing drink before I go out for a hike and so many other awesome wellness products and knowledge from Kendra the owner. Awesome small business. Highly recommend
Kendra is fantastic and so knowledgeable. I met her about a year ago when I wanted to learn to eat right and learn to exercise. She also introduced me to something else that has improved my life so much; hydrogen therapy. I started out one hour a day twice a week and now am choosing to do a half hour once a week for maintenance. I truly believe learning to eat healthy and a proper exercise routine (for my age and gender) along with the hydrogen therapy is what has put me onto a better path as I venture into my older years. Absolutely my favorite place to go!! She is so knowledgeable and gets exactly what you’re trying to explain! She really helped my daughter with finding just what she needed for mental health and it has worked amazingly! She was also able to help me with finding what worked best with me!! So thankful for her and this place!!
I cannot express how much Kendra has changed my life with her healing ways. (The second I enter the shop, I am instantly relaxed- such an amazing vibe) I am able to talk about what is going on, my goals for health and we can work through a very curated regiment to achieve those goals. I’ve shared a handful of products with my friends and family- it is so amazing to see the results and hear the positive feedback. **lyme community- highly recommend for supplement protocol
So wonderful that they grow their own flowers and herbs for their in house concoctions- I took home some of their homemade bath salts that I am so excited to experience. Smells like heaven. Beautiful shop!
