Placed order over week ago. To track it, they want you to download the shop app that then requires access to your gmail acct (which gives the app access to see your emails) to then find out the app doesnt even give a tracking for your order. So I then checked the chat on their own web site. After entering my email and order number I get a response that states the order is still in process - not even shipped nor did I get an email with an update since I placed the order.
