Our mom had a great experience here. They really care about their residents. They are great at communicating and are flexible with family and friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Our step dad has lived at Heaven's Hands for over a year. Before that my mom and he lived in their own home, then independent living, then assisted living. Mom went on to memory care until her death. Each place they lived was good until it was not. Incidents regularly occurred for our step dad that required ambulance trips to the ER. The personal oversight, no matter how kindly exercised was inadequate to keep our step dad safe from his own actions. At Heaven's Hands he has been to the ER zero times. I have a professional/business relationship with this home and owners, Aaron and Lisa. I love working with them and their staff. I told one of their staff the other day, that whenever I come to their house to work with or see one of their residents, it’s a breath of fresh air to me, a nurse. Aaron, also a nurse, understands the medical care needed for the residents to be comfortable and stable. Heaven's Hands was the absolute best placement for my Mom. They took the time to know my Mom as an individual person, worked tirelessly to find solutions to her unique challenges, supported us as a family and never gave up on giving her the best options, even when it meant it was harder to accomplish for the staff. Each person worked as a team, dedicated to giving our family the best possible experience in a very challenging time of our lives. I cannot recommend this AFH enough, they are simply the best.
I’ve known Aaron since 2019 and I couldn’t think of a better family owned buisness to send my loved one. He’s kind, compassionate, and so thoughtful in the work him and his wife do! Spokane is so lucky to have such caring people open a place like this!!
