Great massage before but recently not relaxing or enjoyable. I was cold for most of it and even though I let the lady know she still had the air on. I had to tell her to switch it off, some language barrier issues. Pressure was too hard and she was not able to understand when asking for gentle pressure. I could also smell burnt plastic in the treatment room. Face towels placed on the table looked like they needed a good clean or needed to be replaced. Feel like it was a waste of $100 sadly!
