**Update to review - Great customer experience and service. I've been a client for 2 years and recently had a less than perfect experience at the spa. Management called me the same day to address my concerns and help address it. Went back this week and everything was great, with management even making sure it went well. Definitely support this local business and highly recommend - attention to customers is rare and appreciated.
**Update to review - after 2 visits that were less than ideal, the manager of the spa personally called me to apologize, offer solutions to resolve the most recent experience, and politely ask for another chance. She was very respectful, and the customer attention was much appreciated. Accordingly, updating my review and will be heading back to this location for another try! Decent place but unfortunately quality and customer care has just been lacking recently. Went in the past 2 times asking for a foot massage - nothing fancy, a regular sit in a chair calf and foot massage like at a spa, Thai massage parlor, etc. first time I got a full body massage and the last time I got a leg massage with everything but my feet. Absolutely amazing massage! I didn’t realize how badly I needed to be stretched out and that was a part of this much needed one hour massage. It felt almost intuitive, like the masseuse knew exactly what my body needed and its so reasonably priced. I can’t wait to come back!
