I was given a false health report for my puppy. The puppy has bilateral luxating patella. Owner said that they would put in writing that they would take care of any costs associated with any necessary surgery but 3 months later still no letter or response from him. He actually blamed it on the vet that they use which is ************************ in **********. The luxating patella is a pre-existing condition so after paying $3500 for the dog I am totally not financially equipped to pay for 1 or 2 surgeries since I am retired.... read more
