My husband and I went there for a massage and steam shower from a groupon, We have never been to this location but decided to go to this one due to an upcoming event afterwards. The massage was ok, but what irked me is that our appointment was at 1:30, they didn't get us in the room until 1:40, started at almost 1:50 and completed the massage by 2:30. I went for deep tissue massage and told lady that to focus on neck and shoulder. Rather than making it soothing all she did is patting the oil. It was not at all relaxing. Dont waste your money!!!
Terrible experience and would not recommend. I went to get a hydro facial to look better, and on the day I got it, I had bruises all over my face. When I asked, they said it would go away. On the third day it still had not gone away, so I called asking for suggestions, and was told I would be called by the manager. The call never came, and I was eventually told when I called asking about it again, "My manager called you twice, there is a note." Yet I never received a call.
