The reviews are true! This place is a scam! First of all, the staff lady has an accent making it difficult to understand the pricing and products offered. Went looking for a Laguna sweatshirt and was not clearly communicated the product and design are separate charges and how much they each are. At checkout, we were offered a free t-shirt, however, we were not informed that we would be charged for the design printing. Also, the items purchased do not add up to the subtotal on the receipt! Purchased 3 hoodies on 9/21/2025 Sat . Pd 191.00 which is a pretty penny but I’m all about supporting small businesses but it’s only been 2 weeks and a couple of wearings and one of the jackets is piling badly .. so much that I feel uncountable wearing in public ., I’m totally bummed

So as people say BEWARE if you shop here. I went in and bought a mini Ty beanie baby and the same magnet I had purchased before under 10 dollars. I heard the girl say it was like 21ish. I didn’t realize it was close to 28 until I was checking my acct. unfortunately I didn’t bother getting a receipt, but from the looks of it, it doesn’t seem like it matters anyway. Shady business practices. Offered free shirts with purchase than charged for the “design”. When we tried to return the shirts due to their misleading pitch, they initially offered no refund stating they were “custom” made when they have 20 others on the shelf. Do not shop here.

I have never left a review at a store but this was the absolute WORST experience ever at a store. Was trying to enjoy the Laguna beach stores and stopped here for a hoodie. Bought two hoodies and was told I would be able to receive a t shirt for free. Once I realized the designs would be up charged, I came back and asked for a refund and was first denied one, and then after explaining the situation, was only given HALF a refund. Insane. Terrible experience.
