I had a very disappointing experience at Heaven Retreat Massage. The service felt rushed, and the massage ended much earlier than the time I had paid for. The staff were not professional in handling my concerns, and I left feeling frustrated rather than relaxed. The overall experience did not match the expectations set by their advertising. I would not recommend this place based on my experience and hope they improve their customer service and professionalism in the future.
